Ce sunt fondurile structurale europene? Cum pot beneficia de acestea liderii de proiect?
Scopul acestei rubrici este de a vă da indicaţii privind programarea fondurilor structurale 2007-2013: înţelegerea mediului comunitar a fondurilor structurale, monitorizarea actualităţii, consultanţă metodologică ... Fondurile structurale sunt în număr de două şi se totalizează pentru o perioadă de şapte ani un buget de aproximativ 308 miliarde de euro: Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională (FEDER) şi Fondul Social European (FSE).
În plus, statele membre vor beneficia de un fond de sprijin pentru dezvoltarea rurală, FEADER, precum şi de un fond pentru pescuit, FEP. În unele state membre, şi în special statele care au aderat în 2004 şi 2007, UE continuă să sprijine modernizarea infrastructurii prin Fondul de Coeziune.

Înţelegerea şi cunoaşterea fondurilor structurale
